So, how do you seal the deal once someone’s made an inquiry?
It all comes down to customer service. If they’ve taken the time to fill out your form, they’re already interested, so now it’s your turn to show them why reaching out to you was worth their time.

Give them a warm welcome
You should have some mock-ups ready to go—examples you can quickly customise for different types of events. Let’s say a couple inquires about your Magazine Photo Booth for their wedding. Personalise your response by adding their wedding date and the venue name to the mock-ups. This shows that you’ve not only read through their form but also paid attention to the details. If your inquiry form doesn’t ask for those specifics, it’s a good idea to add them asap.
Send them a couple of mock-ups of what their Magazine Cover could look like, along with your package pricing. Help them picture themselves and their guests in the booth, having a blast. If you can spend 10 minutes on each inquiry, reading through their form and giving a personalized response, they’ll know you’re invested right from the start.
They’re already planning a special day—why not make them feel special even before it arrives?
Leave the Door Open
Chances are, your potential customer is checking out a few different companies before making a decision. That’s totally normal! So, leave the door open for them to come back to you. It can be as simple as saying, “Let me know if there’s anything you’d like to tweak or add to your custom Magazine cover.”
You could also include a link for them to easily schedule a call back. This keeps the conversation going and gives you a better chance to "seal the deal!"
Adding mock-ups during the time of inquiry is such a great idea! Will definitely be taking this advice.
