Cancellation Policy

1. Booking in Advance: All classes must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. Same-day bookings may not be accommodated unless otherwise specified. 2. Confirmation of Booking: Once a booking is made, you will receive a confirmation email with the class details and Zoom link. Please check your email (and spam folder) to ensure you have all the information needed. 3. Payment: Full payment must be made at the time of booking. Failure to complete payment will result in cancellation of your spot. 4. Cancellations and Refunds: • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the class are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional charge. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class are not eligible for a refund. • No-shows will not receive a refund or rescheduling option. 5. Rescheduling: You may reschedule a class up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to availability. Please email or call to arrange. 6. Class Start Time: Please join the class 5 minutes before the scheduled start time to ensure there are no technical difficulties. Late arrivals may not be admitted. 7. Technical Requirements: Ensure you have a reliable internet connection and the latest version of Zoom installed. The class may not be paused for technical issues on your end, and refunds will not be issued for such occurrences. 8. Class Size: To maintain quality and personalized attention, class sizes are limited. Once the maximum capacity is reached, no additional bookings will be accepted. 9. Behavior Expectations: We maintain a professional and respectful learning environment. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the class without a refund. 10.
